Special Status for Jammu and Kashmir

Special Status for Jammu and Kashmir: All states in India do not enjoy the same power. Previously , Jammu and Kashmir enjoy a special status and have their own Constitution. But The state of Jammu and Kashmir was accorded special status by Article 370 of the Constitution of India. On 5 August 2019, the Government of India revoked the special status, or limited autonomy, granted under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution to Jammu and Kashmir.

After the Removal of 370 From J & K ,  the Constitution of India is applicable to Jammu and Kashmir, like all other states and union territories of India.

Now the Jammu & kashmir Comes under  Union Territories of India  having a same Constitution As the other States &  UTs of India .
